If you are still not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee period, please contact us at support@sooluna.com.
Cancellation Policy
Any order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this time, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes or cancel it. If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Because calming support may take time to fully work, we ask that customers use the product for at least 14 days before requesting a return.
If you are still unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We carefully package every order to help prevent damage during shipping.
If your item arrives physically damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@sooluna.com with clear photos of the damage.
Please note:
- Damaged outer packaging alone is not considered product damage
- We do not replace or refund products damaged through misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling
If approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Shipping & Delivery
While we do our best to deliver orders on time, shipping delays may occasionally happen due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, customs processing, weather, or carrier issues.
Sooluna™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
